As part of a long-term new build project for a 115-meter superyacht, the N41 team provided comprehensive pre-construction support, ensuring that the client’s journey through the early stages of development was clear, informed, and stress-free.
Our scope of involvement included:
• Tendering and selection of the engineering company for the design and basic engineering phase.
• Continuous client support, including participation in technical meetings and strategic discussions.
• Creation and management of the supplier shortlist, including technical outreach, qualification of compatible
vendors, and on-site visits to supplier production facilities.
• Technical oversight by our in-house engineering team, who reviewed drawings across all disciplines —
stability, mechanical, hull scantlings, strength calculations, electrical — providing expert commentary and
proposing optimized solutions.
• Tendering for shipyards, including site visits to evaluate production capacity, quality, and timelines.
• Legal support, with contract review and documentation oversight to protect the client’s interests.
• Interior design advisory, including the tendering and selection of the interior design studio.
• Lifestyle-focused support, including arranging visits to other yachts to help the client explore design
inspirations and refine their vision
