N41 currently serves as the owner’s representative for the construction of a 64-meter new build superyacht, under development in Antalya’s Free Zone, Turkey.
Our involvement spans all critical stages of the build process, with a focus on structural integrity, quality assurance, and finish standards. As the liaison between the owner and shipyard, N41 ensures every stage meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and classification compliance.
Key areas of oversight include:
• Construction monitoring, with continuous inspection of structural assembly and alignment of modular sections.
• Welding quality control, with rigorous checks on weld seams, structural connections, and adherence to class-approved procedures.
• Paint planning & execution, from pre-treatment of raw metal through fairing, priming, and final topcoat application — ensuring surface quality, durability, and flawless finish.
• Documentation & reporting, tracking technical submissions and quality records throughout the build process.
With on-site visits, N41 provides detailed reporting, proactive risk mitigation, and real-time quality assurance — safeguarding the owner’s interests at every step of the project.
